• >Basic Infromation Betta fish are very small fish that come in different types of colours. They are a species that is very agressive and if it come in contact with another fish it will attack. Mostly because it wants to defend its territory (tank) . These pets work great for starter pets mostly for kids of any age. Betta fish are tropical or saltwater, in the next section we will specify the amounts and everything you need once you get your betta fish.
• Caring for you Betta Betta fish are great first time pet. They are very easy to care for. The second you arrive to the pet store choose which betta fish you want to buy this includes what color and what price. Make sure that you buy a fish tank at least 2.5 gallons big so that your fishy can swim around and have an acceptable size home. Make sure you dont buy any sharp ornaments because these can damage your fishes fins . At the beggining your fish may be stressed out as it is getting used to its new environment, do not panic as this happens to every animal. Keep a warm tempretature in your fish tank. Make sure you buy a water filter, heater, rocks, net, sea salt, conditioner , etc. Never hesitate to ask for help from an employee who works at the pet store.
